Flower Power Bird

These brightly coloured unique fused glass birds are cut from the most beautiful glass, full of waves and swirls of colour, giving each one an individuality all of its own.

Each bird measures approximately 9 x 15 cm from beak to tail. With a different coloured contrasting beak and a beady eye to check out 'what's occuring' each bird takes on it's own character during the cutting, grinding, painting and fusing process. A small hole is drilled and a length of strong nylon line added to allow the bird to be hung in the position of your choice. The curvy shape of these courful birds is complemented by a kiln carved flower design embossed in the back of the glass- hence the name- a richly, joyfully coloured 'Flower Power Bird'. Each bird is induvidually priced.
